Delivery Policy

When will my order be delivered?

 

Hong Kong - Estimated Delivery Time

Commercial and Residential Areas: 1-5 working days

Macau - Estimated Delivery Time

Macau Area: 4 - 7 working days

 

The above delivery times do not include public holidays. In the event of natural disasters (such as typhoons, earthquakes, or other force majeure factors), delivery services may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Important Notes

During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

 

"Working days" are defined as days excluding Sundays, public holidays, and days when the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is hoisted in Hong Kong.

 

Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates. Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

 

Out-of-Stock Items

If any product in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to arrange for the cancellation of that item and subsequent refund. If we are unable to contact you after two consecutive attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the paid amount will be refunded to your account. If the recipient refuses to accept the package, the item(s) will be returned to us, and we will not be able to arrange for re-delivery. In this case, any related costs incurred (including round-trip shipping fees, tariffs, etc.) will be deducted directly from the refund amount.

 

How can I check my order or delivery status?

Email Inquiry: Once your parcel has been shipped, we will immediately send a "Shipping Confirmation" email to your registered email address. This email will contain a tracking link for you to monitor the delivery progress conveniently.

You can find your order number in your "My Orders" history or in the "Order Confirmation" email we sent you.

 

What should I do if I haven't received my shipment?

First, please verify if the estimated delivery time for the type of product you purchased has passed. Afterwards, you can check the latest status using the order tracker mentioned above.
